Coues Deer:  Hunting is done in the mountains northeast of Hermosillo, which is a city one hour flight south from Phoenix, Arizona.  Coues deer hunting on our ranches has been 100% success.  This is a 5 ½ day hunt. Extra costs are gun permit $100 and licence $228.  We meet all hunters at the airport in Hermosillo and get them settled into the nearby hotel for the evening.  The next day we drive to the ranch where we will be hunting. This hunt you will average seeing 15-40 bucks per day.  Extra deer can be taken for a trophy fee of $2,000 and Javalina for $300 each. We have 2 spots available for JAN 2011.

Desert Mule Deer:  By far some of the biggest deer in North America come from the desert of Sonora.  The Mexican outfitter I work with annually takes mulies that score in the 220-240 range non-typical and many typical mulies over 190.  But the part that makes these deer the best is the fact that many deer have a width of 30 to 35 inches and the odd one close to 40 inches.  Cost of this 5 ½ day hunt. Extra costs are $100 for gun permit and $328 for licence.  Success rate on this hunt is 70%.  As these ranches are close to Hermosillo we usually dive direct from the airport.
