• A beautiful wilderness location situated in Northern Manitoba -known to have some of the Largest Black Bears in the world.
• Spring and Fall hunting for rifle and archery. In addition, fishing is always there for those who can’t resist the extra fun.
• Well maintained bear bait sites - both platform and ladder stand locations.
• A tent camp with hot showers and all amenities.
• Friendly cooks supply excellent meals and ensure all our clients have an enjoyable stay.
• Professional guides with over 40 years of hunting & guiding experience.
• Ground transportation from Thompson and boats to the camp and bear/sites are provided.

Black Bear Hunting:

We specialize in Trophy Northern Manitoba Black Bear hunts. Manitoba has some of the best black bear hunting in North America and is known to have some of the largest black bears in the world.

Manitoba bears come in a wide variety of colors ranging from jet-black to a white blonde.

Our hunts are in the first 2 weeks of June and the fall season is the first week of September. All hunts are 6 days long.

At Muskeg Country Outfitters:

We maintain our baits in the off season to ensure you will have the best chance possible at one of our trophy black bears. We have many bait sites so you will always be on an active bait.

Due to our remote location and over 300 sq/miles of hunting area, these bears have never been hunted and some have never ever seen people.

Travel by boat to our camp and our bait sites – almost all are within 100 yards of the shoreline.
