Fly fishing Ungava Bay Canada's Arctic Char paradise.
On the Quebec and Labrador Peninsula, near Land's End, is a fisherman's paradise. Ungava Bay is a place where there are more rivers than fishermen, and one of the greatest strongholds of arctic char and trout on the planet. The arctic char fishing in these rivers is considered by many of our international anglers to be among the best in the world. Catching and releasing 20 to 60 char a day is normal. Arctic char in these rivers are generally huge, and the most productive fishing is done with medium to heavy sinking tips.

Baudoncourt River
Well its prime time, to fish for the fresh sea run silver and red char. During that time the Baudoncourt River is one of our top choices! A bonus you will have is the possibility to fish the beautiful Baudoncourt Upper pools where all pools will be holding char between 10 to 12 lb. and every day will be landed fish – usually males in the 10 -15 lb range and sometime even larger fish are caught.

If you are looking for a remote adventure with superb fishing, stunning scenery and a budget-price – this is it! The Koroc River is considered by Quebec wildlife department to be the Ungava Bay most productive char river. From the end of July there is a constant flow of char going up river. Included in the package is six full days of fishing for fresh sea run arctic char
