110,000 ACRE SASKATCHEWAN WHITETAIL OUTFITTERS LEASE
I am looking for a business partner who would be willing to invest $160,000 to own 49% of Big Bush Bucks Outfitters (BBB). This would make BBB a debt-free business with assets of approximately $300,000.
Big Bush Bucks Outfitters operates in Northern Saskatchewan, Canada. The outfitters area has 110,000 acres or approximately 160 square miles. This entitles the outfitter 20 whitetail tags per year at this time. This area has not been developed or run as a outfitters business for over 10 years, so all new equipment is needed. I was told by the Chief Conservation Officer that after developing the area as an outfitting business it is very possible that the number of tags per year could go up to as many as or more than 40.
